Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Church Choir

From September through June, the Adult Choir sings 3 and 4-part music during the 10:30 service, generally on the first and third Sunday of each month, with practice the Thursday prior, from 7-8 pm. At times the choir practices and sings for special services as well. The Adult Choir also presents a Christmas Cantata at worship services one Sunday in December, with weekly practices during preparation. Anyone interested in singing for the Lord, including high school students, is welcomed to be part of the Adult Choir.

Our Adult Handbell Choir meets from 6-7 pm on Thursday nights September-April, playing periodically throughout the year during worship services. In April, the season culminates with a special mini bell concert for the congregation. This group is open to adults & high school youth.

Children Reading the Holy Bible
Choir Class

The Folk Choir sings simpler folk-style praise songs, accompanied by guitar. This group sings weekly during communion at our 10:30 service from September through June, with practice following Adult Choir (7:45-8:15). Folk Choir is open to all adults and high schoolers who are interested.

Music is a vital part of our Sunday School and Joyful Christian PreSchoool.  There will be several opportunities for these groups to join together with our Joyful Notes groups to sing in church throughout the upcoming school year.

We are currently looking for singers, keyboard players, guitarists and electronic bass players to form a Praise Band.  Please text Maggie Russo at 518-955-1422 if you are interested.
