We offer a variety of classes and small groups to choose from. Please find one that sounds interesting to you and consider attending, or come to one of our three weekly worship services held Sunday mornings and evenings.


 

What's Going On?


3 Adult Bible Classes Sunday Mornings 9:15-10:15 am (during Sunday school)
1 Class led by Deacon Shirley Algozzine 1 Class led by Elders Bill Metzler/ Tom McManus 1 Class led by TBA (family oriented class) All adults are welcome to join one of our classes at ANY time! Each group studies something different, whether a book of the bible, or Biblical topic.

Men's Group
Open to all Men, this ongoing group meets every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday at 7:00 am. Led by Pastor Nelson.
Women's Group (afternoon)
This group meets twice a month every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 3:00 pm, led by Deacon Shirley Algozzine in the Narthex. Newcomers are always welcome!
Women's Group (evening)
Led by Marcia Nelson & Nancy Getzke. Meets at the church and all women are welcome!!
For Hurting Women
This Bible study is based on the book, "Calm My Anxious Heart". Participants learn and share how many have dealt with difficult times and have found "the peace that surpasses understanding" in times of anxiety or worry. The study is offered periodically as needed, led by Nancy Getzke. If interested, please contact Nancy (622-9431) or Deacon Shirley Algozzine (Deacon@RLCCairo.org or 622-3286).
Walking with Jesus
This is an 8-10 week course for those interested in learning more about the Christian faith, the Lutheran denomination, adult baptism, or church membership.
